Could you offer a couple of hours of your time over the weekend of 2nd/3rd June to help promote washable nappies in Exeter?
The Devon Real Nappy Project has been offered the chance to promote cloth nappies at this year’s Respect Festival and would love a couple more volunteers to help out on each day.
The Nappy Project will be manning a “Green Nappy Change” area – one that will be open to all parents, no matter what type of nappy they use.
Volunteers will be on hand to talk to parents about cloth nappies in a friendly and informal fashion – no judging or pressure, just impartial information if wanted.
Could you offer a couple of hours on one of those days? Yes, we know it is the Bank Holiday Weekend but it is for a good cause and you will still have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the festival with your family.
If you can help out, please do leave a comment below.
The Respect Festival will take place in Belmont Park on 2/3 June 2012.
If the times are the same as last year, it will be around 12noon to 6pm, so a couple of hours in that time frame would be great.
