Postnatal Exercise Exeter – it’s not about getting your body back. Or getting rid of your mumtum. Or even fitting into your skinny jeans.
It’s about taking care of yourself. Being fit and healthy so you can enjoy being a mum and cope with the ups and downs of family life. It’s about feeling good in your skin.
Postnatal fitness is important though. Our bodies go through huge changes during pregnancy, labour birth and breastfeeding. A good postnatal exercise class will help your body recover its strength, ready for all that parenting throws at you.
Outdoor fitness class for mummies and buggies. Every Monday 10am at the St Thomas Pleasure Ground.
